Just a heads up, if you think the laws are tough and unfair now check out the bills currently in the California legislature. It's going to get worse.
Until someone in the legislative branch gets hit with these issues no one's going to even believe false allegations happen.
One current pending bill gives no credence to parental alienation syndrome,PAS, declaring it unproven and therefore not to be considered. I say if it's unproven that works both ways, there's nothing to say it's NOT valid.
PAS, I believe, is a real concern and should be at least entertained that there is a possible issue with this. Just because a court says "Don't say negative things about the other parent" does not mean it's not being done.
