Setting the record straight

It amazes me that the people, Vindicta's family BTW, who told us she has a history of hurting herself and filing false reports now believes her. The very ones who called US and said they were afraid of her. Her own family.

Just FYI family. Vindicta told me in April (a week before the arrest) "I finally fell down the stairs YESTERDAY. (NOT THREE MONTHS AGO) (WHY WOULD SHE TELL ME SHE FELL DOWN THE STAIRS THREE MONTHS AGO) Do you think she would wait three months and go BTW I fell down three months ago? Not hardly. In fact during the conversation with me she said "It finally happened to me, I fell down the stairs yesterday. She had up until that point bragged that everyone had fallen down the stairs but her. AND OF COURSE HER fall was Worse than everyone else! Her fall started at the TOP of the stairs, she almost recovered at the middle landing and then she fell again, HURTING HER BACK! Remember these are her words, not mine or any one else's.

It also amazes me that Vindicta's friend who related to the court that a claimed incidence of spitting in someone's face occurred also said to police, Vindicta never claimed any abuse, she just said things weren't going well. They weren't getting along.

There's also proof in the household at the time, another person living in the home who could've reported that Vindicta harassed and nagged until a fight started. She always instigated the fights, always.

This person also could've reported that Vindicta had a drinking problem, drank Corona, White Zin, and Captain Morgan to excess. Not only that, provided it this third party who was only 14 years old at the time. What an upstanding parent and mentor Vindicta is. Thank god we got this child out of the home in time.

Vindicta claims she was not allowed to see her family. In fact Benjamin always insisted her family was there.

Vindicta said her mother was an alcoholic, her sister raised her and she wanted nothing to do with her mother. Keep defending her MOM what a great job you've done!

The facts are that Vindicta alienated Benjamin's family, starting with Benjamin's sister, moving on to a family friend and Ben's mother.

Ben's family always stepped in to provide child care or other assistance when needed. Especially when Vindicta decided she didn't want to come home, leaving the youngest child in his father's care, who had to go to work. His family responded to the emergency so that he could get to work.

I could go on indefinitely but I think you get the picture. It no longer matters, the Judge made his decision and everyone, including the idiot Vindicta who screwed herself out of child support. (Ben no longer has his excellent paying job due to her false allegations.) (she said she was going to take everything from him and she did)

IDIOT suites her, VINDICTIVE, she caused harm to everyone. She's toooo STUPID to see what she's done, ESPECIALLY TO HERSELF.

So now all you readers who think you know what's happening here, that WE'RE all in denial, might understand what we're up against.

And just FYI, this is just the tip of the iceberg. I'll keep you updated.
