You know of course about freedom of speech. You can pretty much say whatever you want. "I'm going to kill you!" is okay unless of course you are standing there with a gun or something murderous. BUT if you say that to someone you had sex with, it is now a TERRORIST THREAT.
So of course most of us who say things like that are just angry and blowing off steam. We don't mean it.
Evidently if you are in a relationship you no longer have the basic right of freedom of speech.
Seems like something the ACLU might want to check into.
